Digital Online Courses and Classes

We issue refunds for digital products within 7 days of the original purchase of our online courses and classes. 

 

We issue refunds for digital courses and classes only under the following conditions:

  • The mutually agreed weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly online class was canceled by the teacher without any prior information to or discussion with the student(s); or
  • The teacher was not present at the scheduled time for the online class and has not informed the student(s) about it; or
  • The teacher has postponed the online class/session to a future date without informing or discussing it with the student(s); or
  • There was a major concern regarding the quality of online teaching and this concern is raised by a majority of the students in the class.

These refunds are made after deducting any bank charges and payment gateway charges that are charged to ipassio by the bank or payment gateways either when the purchase was made by the customer or when the refund is made by ipassio. The refund requests, if any are raised, will be processed within 7-10 working days.

We do not guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party software. We do not issue refunds if our products are incompatible with any third-party software, except for those that are specified on the page of each product.
