About the course

This course will teach the students to cook different mouthwatering Indian vegetarian dishes that we normally eat in the restaurants. The course will disclose the secret ingredients used by these restaurants, their methods of cooking, preparing different rich gravies. It will also provide valuable advice on the nutritional facts as well as healthy substitutes for some of the rich ingredients used in cooking these Indian vegetarian dishes, keeping the taste alive and your health intact. By the end of this course, the student will be well versed with the recipes and the cooking methods to dish out sumptuous vegetarian party delicacies.
