This 1-on-1 online 1-week live course will teach the students to cook different mouthwatering cuisines such as Chinese, Thai, Indo-fusion, etc., The course will disclose the secret ingredients used by restaurants, their methods of cooking, preparing different dishes.  It will also provide valuable advice on the nutritional facts as well as healthy substitutes for some of the rich ingredients used in cooking. This is an online course that takes place in two 60-minute sessions per week. Students can continue taking the course for longer than 1-week based on their goals and requirements.

Course Details

This 1-on-1 course on learning how to cook Multi-cuisines is a custom course tailored specifically to your needs and will build upon previous knowledge to continue and improve your cooking knowledge and style. In this course, Ms. Singh based on your preference can teach, Chinese, Thai, Indo-fusion, and many others. To give an idea, she can cover the following dishes:  In Chinese, she can teach how to make, spring rolls, stir-fried exotic veggies in black mushroom, Veg Manchurian, fried rice, Hakka noodles, hot & sour soup, authentic Chinese chilly paste, and dim sums with dips.  In Thai she can teach how to make, green curry, red curry, paneer satay with peanut dip, raw papaya salad, Tom Yum soup, etc.,  In Indo-fusion, she can cover: braised Tofu in a pot, crispy tofu bites, cheesy tofu toasties, corn fritters. This apart she can also teach how to make, Kimchi, chestnut & mushroom sticky rice Bowl, spinach stuffed mushrooms.

About Minty Singh: Minty Singh is a seasoned Chef residing in Delhi. She is a Master in Science from Government College, Chandigarh in food and nutrition. True to the degree she holds, Minty is an artist of a Chef specializing in a variety of cuisines that covers the length and breadth of India. Her culinary prowess saw her establish, ‘Minty’s Food Studio’ primarily an institution that teaches cooking, apart from organizing corporate events, catering services, and other food-related activities.

Question
What if the student is unable to attend an upcoming class?
Answer
The student is required to inform the teacher about his absence from a particular session, two days prior to the class. In such a case, the teacher will reschedule the class and conduct the rescheduled class on or before the end (i.e. Saturday) of the ensuing week or such other time as may be mutually decided between the teacher and the student. In case the student misses to give two days prior notice about his absence to the teacher, then the decision to conduct another class for that student is completely based on teacher’s discretion.
Question
What if the teacher wishes to reschedule a class?
Answer
In case the teacher is unavailable for the scheduled class, he/she will inform the students two days prior to the class. The teacher will conduct the rescheduled class on or before the end (i.e. Saturday) of the ensuing week or such other time as may be mutually decided between the teacher and the student.
Question
What if the student has queries after the session?
Answer
Students can either call or mail their queries. Answers to the queries will be provided within a 24 hour time frame.
