This is a 40-week, long-term course that delves into the complexities of French and prepares students for a professional certificate. Students enrolled in this course will learn the basics of French needed to communicate in various everyday situations from a certified French expert and tutor, Rasmi Krishnan. At the end of the course, students will be prepared to sit for the A1 level of the DELF exam of the French Ministry of National Education, recognized worldwide and valid for life. Learning French would be so important which is widely spoken in European Countries. Mastering the French Language prepares students to take the Diplôme d'Etudes en Langue Française (DELF) exam, which is an official qualification that certifies the competency of non-native speakers of French. Candidates are evaluated on their capacity for listening and writing comprehension, and speaking and writing ability. The exam is composed of a written component and an oral interview, and candidates must receive a score of 50 out of 100 to pass the exam. These concepts are taught through a curriculum designed by the Alliance Française Indian Network in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. The course would ideally take about 40 classes to complete A1 level which is approximately 5 months and weekly twice basis. The curriculum of this course includes:

6. Adjectives- Qualitative, demonstrative, possessive;

About The Instructor: Rasmi Krishnan is a dedicated French Tutor with seven years of tutoring students within and outside India to learn the French language and qualify for exams like DELF, TEf, TCf, etc. Proficient at individual tutoring, as well as group classes. I have also helped students with translations of materials like birth certificates, assignments, educational content, etc. Her core competencies include French proficiency (B1), Tutoring Strategies Bilingual Communication Writing Skills. She has trained students appearing for TeF Canada, tutored students in the age group of 6 – 60 in aspects of the French language such as pronunciation, sentence structuring, speaking and listening comprehension. She has also handled curriculum-based training for CBSE, ICSE, OG, and other boards as well as hobby-based or job-based training till the B1 level. She also teaches correct pronunciation, diction, reading comprehension, and sentence structure to French students who were struggling with speaking errors. Taught one-to-one and in groups of a maximum 8 at a time, translated documents for my students who had to travel to France, Singapore, Canada, etc for higher studies. She has also translated educational content for certain students for submission or examination purposes. She also conducts online classes for students outside India and successfully helped them secure the necessary points for certification/immigration purposes.
