FAQs

Question
Can anyone sing?
Answer
If you can speak, you can sing! The most difficult issues to overcome are 1. a lack of a good ear for pitch and 2. a lack of a sense of rhythm. However, there are ways to train even those issues. Where there is a will, there is a way!
Question
Can a weak, small, thin voice become strong?
Answer
Yes it can! It usually shocks students to find out how much sound their voices are capable of. When you learn to open your instrument and power it correctly, you'll be amazed at what it can do.
Question
What if I'm too scared to sing?
Answer
There are some ways I will help you channel your thinking that will focus you into real confidence when you sing. It will also help you to learn new vocal techniques which teach your voice it can trust itself. But the most important thing is, you'll learn to direct your voice to one heart. This is the true value of your voice, and you'll enjoy singing so much more!
Question
Do I need to be able to read music?
Answer
No. I do like for you sing with music instead of just acapella, but you don't have to be able to read it. We can work with instrumental tracks you find on the internet or that you play on piano or guitar.
Question
How long does it take to notice an improvement in my voice?
Answer
You should notice your voice feeling and sounding better after the very first lesson.
Question
How do I know which of your courses are right for me?
Answer
Make your best guess! We will start right where you are, and improve your voice quickly and significantly to whole new levels of ability.
Question
What if a student is unable to attend an upcoming class?
Answer
The student is required to inform the teacher about his absence from a particular session, two days prior to the class. In such a case, the teacher will reschedule the class and conduct the rescheduled class on or before the end (i.e. Saturday) of the ensuing week or such other time as may be mutually decided between the teacher and the student. In case the student misses to give two days prior notice about his absence to the teacher, then the decision to conduct another class for that student is completely based on teacher’s discretion.
Question
What if the teacher wishes to reschedule a class?
Answer
In case the teacher is unavailable for the scheduled class, he/she will inform the students two days prior to the class. The teacher will conduct the rescheduled class on or before the end (i.e. Saturday) of the ensuing week or such other time as may be mutually decided between the teacher and the student.
