Is microwave cooking safe? Is food cooked in microwave harmful?
Microwave ovens are safe when used as directed. In my opinion faster cooking time may actually preserve nutrients and moreover food cooked in microwave are cooked in their own moisture, for example: if we boil potatoes in water, then water solvent nutrients will be lost.
How many times should a student practice what is taught in the class?
The students should make note of what she / he has learnt during the class and then independently practice at least once before the next class begins.
