This intermediate or advanced guitar lessons online introduces students to the next level of guitar learning, which delves deeper into chords, making students practice advanced chords namely diminished chords, augmented chords and polychords apart from teaching students about scales, modes, arpeggios. Students enrolling for this course will be able to better handle the guitar, in terms of holding, the positioning of hands and their movement on the fretboard or neck of the guitar. They will, by the culmination of this course be able to render different chords such as the diminished chords, augmented chords and polychords, besides being able to perform cover versions of renowned artists such as Iron Maiden, Metallica, Joe Satriani, Deep Purple and much more.

About the Course
Students with basic knowledge about music and guitar are eligible for this course. This course covers guitar lessons for intermediate players. This course will cover advanced motor exercise, dexterity and finger independence exercises. Classes on Chords – Suspended Chords (Sus2, sus4), 5th (Power) Chords, Added Ninth 9th and 11th Chords, Major Sixth (Maj6) and Minor Sixth Chords (min6); Scales – Harmonic & Melodic minor scales. Modes- Modes in various keys, improvising; Arpeggios – 3 string, 4 string & 6 string will all be part of the advanced level course.
Students will be given an introduction to harmonics and will be trained on hammer-on, pull-off techniques, slides, blues and rock guitar licks. They will be provided with ample opportunity to practise advanced rhythms, soloing, playing songs or cover versions using advanced chords, as well as the opportunity to master the fretboard, neck, economy picking and sweep picking. This course, providing one of the best online guitar lessons, will also introduce students to melodic phrasing, dynamics, string bending, tapping, pinch harmonics, right-hand muting and other nuances of playing the guitar, helping them graduate from novice to advance.
