Course Details

This cooking course on vegetarian party cooking will turn the students into a master vegetarian chef in a matter of days. Students enrolling for the course will get hands on live demonstration on cooking party favourite vegetarian dishes such as veg biryani, shahi paneer, dal makhani, aachari bhindi, vegetable tandoori platter with complementing green chutney, shabnam curry, kadai babycorns and an assortment of indian breads like laccha paratha, roti, stuffed paratha, naan, kulcha, bhatura. The icing on the cake will be the desert called phirni to complete the ensemble of mouth watering vegetarian delicacies. Apart from the secret recipes and methods of cooking, the master chef will also train students on managing time while cooking and taking note of the ingredients to substitute unhealthy with the healthy without compromising on the taste.

About Minty Singh: Minty Singh is a seasoned Chef residing in Delhi. She is a Master in Science from Government College, Chandigarh in food and nutrition. True to the degree she holds, Minty is an artist of a Chef specialising in a variety of cuisines that covers the length and breadth of India. Her culinary prowess saw her establish, ‘Minty’s Food Studio’ primarily an institution that teaches cooking, apart from organising corporate events, catering services and other food related activities.

What if the student is unable to attend an upcoming class?
The student is required to inform the teacher about his absence from a particular session, two days prior to the class. In such a case, the teacher will reschedule the class and conduct the rescheduled class on or before the end (i.e. Saturday) of the ensuing week or such other time as may be mutually decided between the teacher and the student. In case the student misses to give two days prior notice about his absence to the teacher, then the decision to conduct another class for that student is completely based on teacher’s discretion.
What if the teacher wishes to reschedule a class?
In case the teacher is unavailable for the scheduled class, he/she will inform the students two days prior to the class. The teacher will conduct the rescheduled class on or before the end (i.e. Saturday) of the ensuing week or such other time as may be mutually decided between the teacher and the student.
What if the student has queries after the session?
Students can either call or mail their queries. Answers to the queries will be provided within a 24 hour time frame.
Will I be able to learn cooking in such a short duration ?
Of course, we teach you time management as well as cooking more than one dish in a short span of time n making use of diff cooking .modes like microwave, gas stove, tandoor, simultaneously, n we also try to introduce you to short approaches rather than lengthy methods of cooking.
