- Introduction, technique and bol/language employed in 6 Tabla Gharanas - Delhi, Ajrada, Lucknow, Farrukhabad, Benaras, and Punjab
- Introduction to Carnatic Taal Shastra and connection with Hindustani music
TECHNICAL
- Developing more speed, weight and tonal balance in Baya and Tabla
- Important finger and hand exercises to facilitate flexibility and the right development of small and big muscles to play the Tabla effortlessly and fast
- Building Layakari patterns and approach, to give form to compositions
- Developing and using the content of different styles of playing, as per the requirement
