This course is designed for intermediate students who are looking for a structured route map to become professional performers. It lays equal focus on music theory as well as application. Several genres like blues, rock, pop, r.n.b. Will be covered in the classes. Students will learn to sing "Live" without stage fright.

About the Course
The course is designed to develop an understanding of a variety of singing styles, methods, and emotions. Further, the students will learn how to modulate their voice for various styles; bring versatility to singing, and improve voice range.

About the Teacher
Saurish Mallik is based out of Kolkata in West Bengal. He has been teaching Western music online for close to 7 years now. He conducts shows and is a regular performer at several 5-star dining places and Elite Club societies in India and abroad. Mallik is a certified ‘Merit’ holder from the University of West London for Grades 5 and 6. He is currently preparing for Grade 8.
Mallik’s responsibilities for this course include -
- Helping the students to read music accurately
- Guiding them with voice training and performance
- Imparting technical knowledge of music and conducting rehearsals
- Monitor and evaluate the growth of the students.
- Guiding the students in getting exposure through the new age social media apps such as YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.

- There is no need to have any prior music training. However, the student must have the patience and perseverance to learn.
- It is recommended to complete the beginner’s course - Foundation in Western Vocals.
- They must have a Computer/Laptop/Ipad/Phone with a strong Internet connection (50 - 100 Mbps speed) is a mandate.
- A separate notebook for writing the Vocal lessons or Google Drive is important.
- A keyboard is necessary as an accompaniment for voice training and singing. Last but not least, the students should be punctual in class.
